It sure is. Our Shopify powered website is PCI compliant. The Payment Card Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of standards designed to protect data that is processed, transmitted and stored during manual or electronic card payment transactions. No credit card information is stored on our site during or after your transaction.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay is a buy now, pay later service with no interest or additional fees. The total payment is split equally over 8 weeks and the payment is deducted fortnightly from your credit card. Your order is picked, packed and shipped to you for you can enjoy now, and pay later.

How does Zippay work?

Zippay is a buy now, pay later service. With flexible payments and interest free purchased you can checkout with Zippay and your order is picked, packed and shipped to you for you can enjoy now, and pay later.

How can I check out with Afterpay or Zippay?

Afterpay or Zippay are available for orders over $50. To checkout using Afterpay or Zippay, simply complete the checkout as process and select Afterpay or Zippay as a payment option. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to finalise your Afterpay or Zippay order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Sorry, once you’ve checked out, we’re unable to change or cancel your order.

Are all your products in stock?

If any products sell out, this will be noted on the product page. Have an enquiry about an out of stock item? Get in touch by emailing or call us in store 08 8725 7977.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can checkout without creating an account, but creating one will allow a quicker checkout process for any future purchases.

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped by Australia Post or StarTrack Express.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we’re unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes! We’re happy to ship to PO Boxes.

Do you offer in store pick up?

For local orders we do, we also offer free delivery locally too! Please note that deliveries cannot be to PO Boxes and must be a physical address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your Australia Post tracking number. All orders can be tracked here [link to be added] using your tracking number.

How much is Shipping?

Shipping rates to your location can be calculated at the checkout.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes, for orders over $250 we offer free express shipping! This does however exclude our Large Bulky items (e.g. water sport equipment, surf boards etc..)

Do I need to sign for my order?

A signature is required for all orders, unless you nominate authority to leave. In this case, we’re unable to take responsibility for any lost, missing or stolen orders, sorry.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. And jsut a quick note, shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Returns & Exchanges

What are the returns terms?

We accept returns 30 days from your order date.

Items can be returned for a store credit or for an exchange.

Items to be returned are required to be in their original packaging, and unworn and unused.

Please ensure your items to be returned are in their original packaging, and unworn and unused and packed to be posted to arrive safely. We recommend registering your parcel to ensure it can be tracked.

Can I get a refund?

Sorry, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items, but we do offer a store credit or an exchange of items. Refunds are available though if you item is faulty.
